The location is excellent for covering Rome's main sites and shopping; this is the most atmospheric part of the city. That said, it is not ideal for getting to and from Termini, unless you take a taxi. And if you can afford to stay here, you can afford a taxi. For that reason, I would recommend a taxi to and from the airport and any time you consider going to Termini. All the people who worked in the hotel were particularly nice. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night, even though I had the room directly over reception facing the street; and there was no noise from within the hotel--no creaky floors and the other guests were considerate enough to keep it quiet. I loved having a bath tub! As the front desk people had said, you can't go wrong at any of the nearby restaurants; they are pretty good and won't give you sticker shock; for some, like Old Bear, you should make a reservation. The room was fine enough: you had space to breathe; you wouldn't scrape your elbows on the wall. The WiFi was also good.

Breakfast was easy to access whilst others ate. Staff very quick to serve hot drinks on request and option to eat inside or out if you preferred which was nice. Staff were what made this place for us! So friendly and helpful with no false politeness. Genuinely felt like they were interested and wanting you to have a nice experience with them. All of them were just really nice people and we were sad to leave! Amazing location near several good restaurants (again locals were charming) a shop to grab bits (we got fresh milk for our room as had our own fridge) and walking distance to most attractions if you don’t mind just exploring! Anything we were not sure of we asked the lovely reception staff whose English was impeccable! They were able to sort Taxis, meal recommendations, places to see etc within minutes! Would highly recommend and miss it already!

Great boutique hotel in the center of Rome. We were lucky to get the penthouse room which had a small but really nice roof terrace. As the weather was lovely end of November we had coffee out there (Nespresso machine in the room) and really enjoyed. Staff was really super friendly, room was nicely decorated and really convenient. The room was also exceptionally well cleaned. Breakfast buffet is offering sufficient choice and food items were of good quality. Location is great as the hotel is in a more quiet area in the center, but all major sights are short walking distance (Pantheon, Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, Navona square, etc).

Absolutely loved this property, everything was perfect ! The location is 5*! So close to trevi fountain ( 10 minute walk )and within walking distance to everything! There are loads of restaurants and shops nearby, pharmacies etc. the breakfast was lovely and the room was great. The staff were lovely also, special mention to Stefano who was so welcoming and so so helpful, he gave us help with anything we needed! Would book this hotel again in a heartbeat cannot recommend it enough, for the price it is exceptional. It is in a very safe area also.

Our room had a lovely small terrace, which must be amazing in Summer. Facilities were enough, breakfast was ok. Perfect for 2-4 days, no more, especially in winter time. Location is great though and i'd come back for it alone: simple route to Piazza del Spagna, Piazza Navona in 5 min walk and plenty of restaurants in the direction of Pantheon, which was very useful. Vatican city and Castel St.Angelo are also a walk away. However, keep in mind that a taxi from/to airport is preferable for this location.
